BREATHE

Like rests throughout a symphony

Our silence creates rhythm in our lives

Instead of rushing to the bitter end

There’s time to inhale the goodness of God.

The story of Mary and Martha in Luke 10:38-42 is a wonderful lesson for why we need to take time away from our tasks.

Rest. Relax. Sit Quietly. Just Breathe.
