Hi Linda ~ Listening to Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor and GW has encouraged me to try mediating more. I'm usually too antsy. But I'm having a lot more success lately, and it certainly does help in the chaotic world. I wish I had done it more while teaching. Ha! xoxo

Beautiful Jan! I love the passage about Jesus' friends, Martha and Mary! I'm definitely Martha in tendency and behavior... but am getting more like Mary in my older age.
