What is abundant in my life? My mind is full Mindfulness is all encompassing my mind now I am abundantly learning mindfulness Breathwork, meditation, journaling Informal & formal practices 15 minutes per day is the goal & sweet spot Building the tools in our tool kit Creating a healthy & well lifestyle Mindfulness is a pillar of a healthy lifestyle Thanks to my health care Wellness & Lifestyle course And it's working. The venerable monks walked 2300 miles from Texas to DC They walked for peace They talked the talk and walked the walk The publicly practiced mindfulness every single day & every single mile With thousands watching from afar I was one of those viewers I witnessed kindness, calm, perseverance, resiliency, love, boundaries, peace, mindfulness, serenity, and presence Our nation saw a walking train gathering steam as it traversed the highways, roadways, and lanes on its way north It gained momentum, attention & followers with each step across our land They taught us to be mindful via our breath, meditation & being present I learned being present & mindfulness from the monks My “Morning Pages” begin with three repeating lines from the monks: “Today will be my peaceful day.” And it’s working. I've had so many peaceful days. We’ve heard about meditation in the Time Has Come (THC) world We’ve learned to be gentle with ourselves when meditating & our mind drifts Gently bring yourself back to your breath & to your center We’ve learned to be present & not worry about the past nor the future We’ve learned about the benefits of journaling, “Morning Pages” & brain dumps We’ve learned various breath work patterns – focusing on our belly rising and falling with each breath We’ve learned mindfulness in its entirety I now end my day with breathwork and remind myself of what I am currently grateful for. Mindfulness has been a key focus for me in 2026. From the monks, THC, and now my health care program, “mindfulness” is my new word for 2026. It's a trifecta perfect storm for me! And it's working!
